3. Refunds for Optional Services

If you accidentally selected Shipping Protection or added a Tip at checkout, or simply decide that you no longer want either optional service, you may request a full refund of the applicable add-on amount.

Refund requests for these voluntary charges may still be accepted after the associated order has already been shipped. Once your request is received, we will arrange reimbursement for the Shipping Protection fee and/or Tip that you wish to remove.
